Parcel goes for $485,000

A vacant commercial lot at 3201 Cooper St. in Charlotte County has sold for $485,000, according to the appraiser’s office.

The size of the low-intensity industrial parcel, with a current preliminary assessed value of more than $3.1 million, was not available.

Conrad, Walter and Debora Wozniak of Rosemont, Minn., purchased the property from Hammocks Cape Haze LLC and Springs Lake Development LLC.
