The parcel is purchased by Deep Roots of Southwest Florida

A 4.6-acre industrial parcel in Rockfill Industrial Park in Fort Myers has sold for $1.5 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser‘s office.

Deep Roots of Southwest Florida, which listed a Naples address, purchased the land at 2865 Rockfill Road.

The sales was made by Charles Mayhugh Jr. Trustee for Southside Gardens Trust.
