CAM Corp Rentals Inc. of Venice purchased industrial property at 170 Rich St. in unincorporated Sarasota County for $249,000, according to the property appraiser’s office.

The 37,512 square-foot parcel, which holds a 9,160 square-foot building, was sold by Duane and Jean Burns.
