Rita’s Ice Custard Happiness opens its third store in Lee County with the recent lease of 1,024 square feet at the Plaza at Island Pass, 5880 San Carlos Blvd., in Fort Myers.

Doug Olson of LandQwest Commercial negotiated the transaction for the tenant, and Tim McCormick represented the landlord.
