Pelican Bay Development has leased out spaces at North Bay Village in Bonita Springs and The Shops at Verandah in Fort Myers.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield Insurance and ING Insurance has signed for 1,225 square feet at North Bay Village. Judy Herrmann, an associate at Grand Bay Properties, negotiated an agreement.

Quizno’s Subs and Tan USA both leased 1,400 square foot retail spaces in the Shoppes at Verandah. Grand Bay Properties associate Craig Kopko negotiated the agreements.
