Northern Tool & Equipment Company Inc. has leased 26,394 square feet at the San Carlos Shopping Center, 18011 S. Tamiami Trail. The move was a planned expansion to its larger prototype. The landlord is Webber Commercial Properties LLC. Cheryl Maymon with CAM Realty of Southwest Florida Inc. represented the lessor, and Dan Miller of the Miller Alliance with RE/MAX Realty Group represented the lessee. |
