Five Guys Burgers signs for space at the Village Shoppes Five Guys Burgers and Fries has leased 3,130 square feet of retail space in the Village Shoppes at Summerlin Road and Bass Road in Fort Myers. The landlord is from Talamh Associates LLC. Doug Olson of of LandQwest Commercial represented the landlord.
