The space is in Pinebrook Park Complex Tyla J. Lusk doing business as Studio Bella, has leased 1,041 square feet for a nail salon at Pinebrook Park Complex in Fort Myers. The landlord is Harry M. Lowell. Todd Holman and Steve Wood of Gates D’Alessandro & Woodyard negotiated the transaction. Compass Construction, Inc. has started renovatiing on the Helm Club at The Landings on McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers.
