Rita’s Water Ice franchise owners, Mike, Miles and Eileen Macik, have leased 1,400 square feet of retail space at the Coconut Trace Shopping Center in Estero. Doug Olson of LandQwest Commercial represented the tenants, and Brandon Grange of Land Capital represented the landlord. |
