Workplace Resource is Florida's only Certified Network Member for Herman Miller, Inc. which designs and delivers office furniture and design solutions that are smart, flexible and affordable.

The company sells its products and services through a substantial, global dealer network of independent and company-owned businesses, including these specialized Herman Miller Workplace Resource and Office Pavilion dealerships.

The landlord is Medsup Development LLC.

Stan Stouder and Randal L. Mercer of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, brokered the transaction.
