Orotek Inc. and William S. Brantley have leased 1,300 square feet of office space at 3550 Work Drive in Fort Myers for one year. The unit at Pyramid Park will be used for a broadband contracting business. Donald W. Collins is the landlord. John Kremski of Gates D‘Alessandro & Woodyard handled the transaction. |
