Peek Traffic Corp. has leased a 55,824 square-foot, Class A office and industrial building in Palmetto for 6.5 years. The company will use the space for its corporate headquarters. The property is at 2906 Corporate Drive in the Gulfcoast Corporate Park. The building is owned by Gammerler Corp., a Germany-based company that built the structure in 2007. Peek Traffic (www.ustraffic.net), maker of urban traffic control products, is owned by Chicago-based Quixote Corp. (Nasdaq:QUIX). Peek will be utilizing the entire building as their corporate headquarters. Anthony V. Migliore of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT in Sarasota, represented the landlord, and Bruce Vaughan of the Staubach Companies of Tampa represented the tenant. |
