Two leases have been signed at the Orion Bank Centre, 2180 Immokalee Road in Naples, bringing the building occupancy rate to 95 percent.

Comcast signed for a 1,736 square-foot space, where it will operate its Spotlight marketing department.

Acupuncturist Linda Marino leased 60 square feet.

Both offices are on the third floor of the 35,000 square-foot, Class A building.

One 1,690 square-foot office space is available for $22.50 per square foot.

The transactions were handled by broker William Klohn of MDG Capital, which manages the building.
