The spaces are in the 17000 block of South Tamiami Trail
Two leases have been signed at the Seatech Center at 17595 S. Tamiami Trail, south of Fort Myers. Cayenne Marketing Inc. will occupy 137 square feet of office space, and Dr. James Clary has leased 193 square feet. Alico Lakes Commons LLC is the landlord. Michael J. Frye of Re/Max Realty Group handled the transaction.
