The 23,000 square-foot space will be in a two-story building
Becker & Poliakoff has leased more than 23,000 square feet at Six Mile Corporate Park. The law firm will occupy the top floor of the two-story office building now under construction at the park, located on Six Mile Cypress Parkway, midway between Colonial Boulevard and Daniels Parkway on Six Mile. “This will be the largest office building on the Parkway and will provide 47,358 square feet of Class A corporate and professional office space for businesses demanding a professional business environment with convenient access to I-75 and Southwest International Airport,” says project marketing director Randal L. Mercer. The remaining space may be subdivided and custom designed to suit tenant requirements, explained Mr. Mercer. The building is structurally engineered to exceed building codes, with impact glass to withstand hurricanes, while integrating an extensive list of environmental and energy-saving features. Development of the 8.09 acre corporate office park includes construction of the eastern portion of Crystal Drive, which will eventually provide direct access to Metro Parkway and U.S. 41. Plans include two sites for individual office buildings, both fronting directly on Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Mercer coordinated site selection, acquisition and development plans for Six Mile Corporate Park. Financing is arranged with Busey Bank. Sheeley Architects is providing architectural design, with civil engineering by Jeppesen Engineering Corporation. Florida Lifestyle Homes is the general contractor and will oversee the entire project, from site development through custom interior build-outs. |
