Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) has leased 1,323 square feet of office space at 7341 Professional Parkway in the Lakewood Ranch Tech Park for three years.

Based out of New York City, JDRF has 100 locations and is the leading charitable funder and advocate of Type 1 (juvenile) diabetes research worldwide.

Since its founding in 1970 by parents of children with Type 1 diabetes, JDRF has awarded more than $1.16 billion to diabetes research, including more than $137 million in FY2007.

The landlord is GOP I LLC.

Anthony V. Migliore of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented the landlord, and Diane Lawson of Abbey Realty represented the tenant.
