IT company leases North Fort Myers space

The nearly 14,000 square-foot unit is on Hancock Bridge Parkway Atos-Origin North America has leased 13,965 square feet at 3434 Hancock Bridge Parkway in North Fort Myers. The landlord is Cheyney Enterprises. Atos Origin is an international information technology services company. It chose the location for its strategic proximity to local municipalities from Collier to Charlotte counties. Enn Luthringer of CB Richard Ellis Fort Myers-Naples brokered the transaction.
