The parcels will be used for hotel and restaurant space Four parcels near the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport has been leased for hotel, restaurant and other future uses, according to the Sarasota County Clerk of Circuit Court and County Comptroller. The 7-plus acres were leased by SRQ Innovation Green LLC. The landlord is the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority. |
