A Dubuque, Iowa, trust has purchased a restaurant building at 3615 Webber St. in Sarasota for $414,300, according to the county property appraiser’s office.

Believers Stewardship Services Trustee, for the Campa Family Charitable Unitrust Inc., bought the 3,086 square-foot structure.

The seller was the Five Gees Property Holding Co.
