Publix Super Markets Inc. of Lakeland has closed on the purchases of three Albertson’s buildings in Cape Coral and Bonita Springs for nearly $20 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

A 64,224 square-foot structure on 6.33 acres at 1735 NE Pine Island Road in Cape coral sold for $7.85 million.

A 49,443 square-foot building on 4.65 acres at 127 Cape Coral Parkway W. sold for $5.73 million.

And a 59,290 square-foot structure on 5.05 acres at 26841 S. Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs sold for $6.37 million.

The properties were sold by ABA Florida Investor LLC.
