The building is on Tamiami Trail

A Port Charlotte retail space has been purchased for $600,000, according to the Charlotte County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 5,400 square-foot store is at 2320 Tamiami Trial.

The buyers were James and Firoozeh Liu of Corona, Calif.

The seller was Scott Headley as trustee.
