Chick-fil-A Inc. of Atlanta has purchased a vacant parcel in Estero for $1.25 million, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 1.39 acres are at 21900 S. Tamiami Trail.

The seller was Win-Estero Ltd.
