A building in Cape Coral used for educational purposes has been purchased for $200,000, according to the Lee County Property Appraiser’s office.

The 3,250 square-foot structure, which is on 6,170 square feet of land, is at 1714 SE Fourth St.

The buyer was HC Acquisitions SWFL Inc.

The sellers were Olaf and Catherine Sroka.
