Laxmi of Naples LLC has purchased the 104-room Super 8 Hotel at 3880 Tollgate Blvd., in Naples, for $3.2 million. The seller was J.S. Roath Corp. Fred Kermani of CB Richard Ellis, Fort Myers-Naples, represented the seller, and Mike Patel of GPS Realty represented the buyer. |
